The Company means Graybons Limited, (“ZiggyCrafts” or “we” or “us”).

The company is currently not registered for VAT.

The Purchaser means any person, firm, company or organization who is trading with the Company.

Goods means the article(s) which the Purchaser buys or agrees to buy from the Company.

Working day means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or Bank/Public holiday in England or Wales.

This website is operated by Graybons Ltd (“ZiggyCrafts” or “we” or “us”). By using our website, you accept in full the terms and conditions set out below.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

This website offers visitors various craft products made by the Company.

By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

All orders are accepted subject to these Terms and Conditions of Trade unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing by the Company.

The Company has a policy of continuous product development and therefore reserves the right to alter specifications and designs without notice.

All goods ordered must be in the original quantity as specified on the website.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders for items unavailable or sold out and offer a refund.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order where the Company believes the goods are intended for, or will be resold on, a marketplace website.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

                            

PRICE

The price of the goods shall be the price currently being charged by the Company at the date of despatch of the goods, plus any delivery charges.

The Company reserves the right, on or at any time after the acceptance of an order, to charge the Purchaser the relevant delivery charge, or any outstanding proportion thereof, prevailing at the time of despatch of the goods, where the purchaser has not paid the relevant delivery charge for that order.

The company is currently not VAT registered therefore no VAT is added to the purchase price.

               

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment must be made with order.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro.

We also accept payment by PayPal.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order from the Purchaser at its discretion.

Credit account facilities are not available.

 

ORDER PLACEMENT

Can I place an order without having an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

We do recommend that you create an account, this will enable you to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch via the contact us page.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Yes. We may possibly be able to modify your order before it’s processed.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. You will need to contact us straight away after ordering, via the contact us page.

DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail for small items and a carrier for larger heavier items.

We aim to deliver purchased items in the UK within 5 – 10 working days.

We aim to deliver International purchased items within 10 – 15 working days.

All delivery times quoted are intended as a guide only.

Whilst the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that estimated delivery times are met, the Company will not accept any liability whatsoever for delays caused by events beyond our control whether from carriers or suppliers or for any consequential loss of profit as a result.

               

SHIPPING COSTS

We provide free delivery to U.K addresses.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We currently only ship to U.K addresses.

However, if you're an international customer residing outside the UK and would like to purchase our products then please contact us first via our contact us page and we will quote the shipping cost via our carrier.

Please note: International customers are still responsible for any import duty and tax charges imposed by their government. We will not be responsible for delays at customs or unpaid taxes.

 

SPECIFICATIONS

All possible care has been taken to ensure that every item shown on the Company's website is accurately described.

All sizes quoted on the website are approximate.

The Company makes every effort to supply goods as illustrated, but items may be subject to alternative Colour, size, substitution as and when necessary at the discretion of the Company.

 

SUITABILITY

No liability is accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of our products, whether for injury, profit or date loss. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that products are suitable for the use intended and described accordingly.

               

RETURN OF GOODS/REFUNDS

If you need to return an item firstly send us an Email via the contact us page. We will discuss the problem and if required send you the address for returns.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email them to us via our contact us Page.

Goods returned for refund or credit must be received by the Company in perfect saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging and in the original quantity as specified on the website, within 14 days of receipt.

The Company will consider the overall condition of the goods being returned when making a refund and reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if they are not in suitable condition for resale at their original price.

The Company will not be liable for any carriage or costs incurred in returning goods unless they are defective or have been sent in error.

The Company makes every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible but refunds may take up to 30 days. No liability is accepted by the Company for any cost or charges incurred by the Purchaser which may arise due to a delay in processing a refund.

The Company recommends that proof of despatch is obtained for any goods returned in case of loss in transit.

Please Note: We do not accept returns of personalised products unless there is a mistake made by us.

               

RETENTION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING

We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products or any features of the products we offer; or create limits for the products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Graybons Ltd. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

 

RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL USER ACCOUNT

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the website without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

 

EMAIL NEWSLETTERS

If you create a user account for accessing certain parts of the website, you agree to receive occasional email newsletters from ZiggyCrafts containing product news and special offers.

You can unsubscribe if you decide you no longer want to receive these. Please just notify us at any time via Email

We will not pass your email address on to other companies without your permission.

 

CLAIMS

Claims for shortage(s) or damage must be made by e-mail and received by the Company within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Although every effort will be made by the Company to rectify shortage(s) or damaged goods we do not accept any responsibility for consequential loss of profit.

Notwithstanding any other provision contained in these Terms and Conditions the Company shall have no liability whatsoever whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including such damages as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date hereof.

Graybons Ltd take customer service very seriously, but on the odd occasion things can go wrong. If you’re not happy about anything, please contact us first, via our contact page so we can resolve your issue swiftly.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Graybons Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including Solicitors fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

VARIATION OF TERMS

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
